This year’s Salone del Mobile.Milano was  very lively, with many releases and materials best displayed in each product. But in  my eyes,it wasnature in full interaction  in every stand that presented  an  extra charm and the strange warmth at the Fair. With this, naturally exposed wood could be my first choice in furniture, but this year  the Ziqqurat wardrobe, prepared by Driade Lab for Driade, has won my heart for its creative process and my designer look for its authenticity.

This is the first project presented by Driade Lab, which is the research center and creative core of the company, where the most diverse talents develop their ideas, together with the collaboration of the production team.
Walnut feet  and digital print in floral  decoration,  which takesus directlytonature, the inspiration of these furniture came through the pyramids of Mesopotamia and Egypt, joining contemporary humor, ancient and modern references. In my opinion,Driade was sensational in presenting this beautiful project,   giving credibility to their internal talents with their inspirations in the history of the  world, aligning aesthetics and functionality in perfect harmony and, moreover, they manage to send us even to oriental air with these fringe handles in red color.  Worthy of an art object.
